APPLICATION
Wet & dry application. Apply lighter shade to eyelids, from lashline to brow. Use deeper shade in crease, as liner or all over lids. Blend up and outward to desired intensity level. To intensify the look use wet finger tips. Remove with an eye make-up remover.
